I was traveling to Raleigh, North Carolina to visit with my childhood best friend. Her little one was turning two and was really into Elmo at that time. So for his birthday, I made some Sesame Street characters into cake pops to surprise him during my visit.
Not only do we have a repeat of Elmo, but there were also the Grouch, Big Bird, and my favorite, Cookie Monster! These were just too adorable to eat. My little buddy didn’t want to eat them at all but played with them as if they were puppets. Don’t worry, the adults thoroughly enjoyed eating these cute cake pops.
